Pilot

A 30-day pilot, on purpose small

The usual next step is a 20-minute call. If both sides want to try the workflow, we can run a no-cost 30-day pilot with one Emergency Medicine program.

What is included?
Setup and support for one administrative workflow you choose with us — for example rotations, onboarding documents, evaluations, or program follow-up. Success measures are agreed in writing before the month starts.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the 30 days. There is no purchasing commitment at the end.
What is out of scope?
Patient data, EHR integration, and a full-program rollout in month one. One workflow, one program.
Who needs to be on the call?
Whoever owns the workflow: program director, chief, training coordinator, or postgraduate medical education. An introduction is enough if you are not the owner.
Do we have to migrate everything?
No. The pilot is meant to replace follow-up on one process, not to rip out every spreadsheet on day one.
Is this an official hospital or college system?
No. EM Resident Hub is an independent private prototype. A pilot does not imply endorsement by your institution or by any accrediting body.
What happens after 30 days?
You keep the notes on what worked. Any continuation is a separate decision. Silence is a valid answer.
