What the product is designed to hold
Account details (name, email, role), rotation and leave records, onboarding and training documents you upload, and evaluations and program follow-up related to training — not care of patients.
How we treat that information
- Used to operate the workspace for your program
- Not sold
- Access is meant to follow role: residents see their own work; program staff see the program view
- A pilot is scoped with the program. No patient data is in scope
Pilots and prototypes
This is an early product. Security and access controls should be reviewed with your institution before any live program data is used. For a first pilot, prefer a limited administrative workflow and non-production or agreed sample data if your hospital requires it.
